I offer one on one sessions and often run group sessions, retreats and workshops.

My work can look like many things but they are all connected. They share the same thread of coming back to ourselves, each other and our nature.

You'll see each service is body based. I'm making a point of all my work being connected the body and listening and connecting to our bodies wisdom.

I'm overjoyed that working with the body is becoming more widely known as how we actually heal from trauma and I'm so glad and grateful I get to work in this way personally and with clients.

 

I was in talk therapy for years without much shifting, then, I started working with a somatic practitioner and the things I had been working on for over a decade started to resolve in a matter of months. Things like constantly bouncing between anxiety and frozen in fear. I started to find more fluid, joyful, peaceful space in between in my every day life.

 

My whole life changed and continues to the more somatic work myself and with the folks I get to work with.
